Knowledge management in a manufacturing company using oculavis

The cold forming technology is strongly based on the experience of the operator staff. Due to the reduced availability of skilled workers, the knowledge management is crucial to be successful in the business. To document the state of the art, the problem solution and to establish standards, the oculavis tool is used by the eswGROUP. As the tool is dedicated for machine support, several functions have been adapted to the needs of a production company. These adaptations will be presented and discussed.
