A cooperative approach to introduce digital collaboration forms with the Works Council

Cooperation with the workers council is the key in Germany when successfully introducing new digital technologies, to reach acceptance by employees. Bayer initiated the process to get to a general agreement on the use of Augmented Reality Remote Support with the workers council already in an early stage to get to generally accepted rules around their use in daily work life. The framework conditions of the agreement were presented in the presentation of Oliver Overbeck from Bayer AG at AllAboutRemote 2021.
