On June 6, oculavis co-organized the online event Service Life Cycle Insights for service managers from the machinery & equipment manufacturing industry. The event focused on digital technologies, artificial intelligence, and data-driven solutions that are becoming increasingly important for making After-Sales-Service more efficient and customer-centric. The participants had the opportunity to get to know about the latest digital solutions and how they can be used to optimize the service lifecycle. They gained insights into best practices, innovative strategies from other companies, and the latest technologies in the industry.
In his online presentation, Stefan Feldmeier, Application Owner – Service Process Excellence at KraussMaffei Technologies GmbH, discussed the impact of remote services on the service business of the world’s leading manufacturer of machinery and equipment for the production and processing of plastics and rubber.
