Part-Time – 16-20h/week | Aachen
YOUR IMPACT
- You will classify and qualify incoming customer inquiries.
- You will actively follow-up (telephone/ e-mail) with potential new customers.
- You will hand over qualified leads to the sales team.
- You will analyze our website traffic to identify potential customers.
- You will identify potential customers through research and evaluation.
- You will maintain the CRM system including research and enrichment of data.
- You will provide support in analysing the most important key sales figures.
- You will occasional participate trade fairs and other events.
YOUR SKILLS
- You are studying business administration, industrial engineering or a comparable course of study and would like to work in sales or gain first experience in sales.
- You are interested in modern technologies and software solutions that make companies more efficient.
- You have an interest in mechanical engineering and the manufacturing industry.
- You carry out research activities efficiently.
- You are confident with MS Office software.
- You are communicative and open-minded.
YOUR WORKSPACE
- You will have the right hardware to complete your tasks as well as access to modern software tools such as Confluence, MS Office and our ERP system Odoo.
