SEO / SEA Manager (f/m/d)

YOUR IMPACT
- You develop and implement SEO strategies to not only improve organic visibility and rankings but also generate high-quality leads for the sales team.
- You plan, execute, and optimize SEA campaigns (Google Ads, Bing Ads) to enhance lead generation.
- You research relevant keywords, analyze the competition, and monitor performance based on defined KPIs.
- You optimize landing pages and support the development of content strategies.
- You create reports and derive measures for continuous improvement.
YOUR SKILLS
- You have several years of experience (at least 3 years) in SEO and SEA, ideally in a B2B software or technology company.
- You have in-depth knowledge of Google Ads, Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and other SEO tools like Ahrefs.
- You have experience in on-page and off-page optimization and a solid technical understanding of SEO-relevant factors.
- You are proficient in working with WordPress and page builders like Elementor.
- You have a strong affinity for data and a sales-oriented mindset to identify lead-generation opportunities.
- You have excellent communication skills and can convey complex software products in an understandable and target group-specific manner.
- You are fluent in German and English, both written and spoken.
