- You are responsible for HR administration and are a key contact for HR-related topics.
- You manage the entire process from application to hiring.
- You actively contribute to promoting a strong corporate culture and a high level of employee satisfaction, as well as further developing the employer brand.
- You support us in the continuous optimization of HR processes.
- You represent our company at careers fairs and recruitment events to attract new talents.
- You keep the personnel files up to date.
YOUR SKILLS
- You have completed a commercial apprenticeship, a degree in human resources, or a comparable qualification.
- You already have some professional experience in human resources.
- You are a strong communicator and interact with applicants and employees as equals.
- You have a good sense of people and enjoy working in a team.
- You are familiar with standard office programs.
- You are fluent in German and English, both written and spoken.
YOUR WORKPLACE

- You will work with software tools like Confluence, Miro, MS Office, and a modern ERP system.
