Scope of the processing of personal data

There is an application form on our website that can be used for electronic applications. If an applicant takes advantage of this option, the data entered in the input mask will be transmitted to us and stored. This data is:
  • First name
  • Last name
  • Citizenship
  • Address
  • Telephone/mobile number
  • Documents like CV, Cover Letter, etc.
Your consent will be obtained for the processing of your data as part of the sending process. Alternatively, you can also send us your application by email. In this case, we collect your email address and the data you provided in the email.
Your data will not be passed on to third parties. The data will only be used to process your application.

Purpose of data processing

We process the personal data from the application form solely to process your application. If you contact us via email, this also represents the necessary legitimate interest in processing the data. The other personal data processed is solely for the purpose of performing the services.

Legal basis for data processing

The legal basis for the processing of your data is the initiation of a contract which takes place at the request of the data subject, Article 6 Paragraph 1 Letter b GDPR and Section 26 Paragraph 1 Sentence 1 Federal Data Protection Act (BDSG).

Duration of storage

After completing the application process, the data will be stored for up to six months. Your data will be deleted after six months at the latest. In the event of a legal obligation, the data will be stored within the framework of the applicable regulations.

Possibility of objection and removal

The applicant has the opportunity to object to the processing of personal data at any time. If the applicant contacts us by email, he or she can object to the storage of his or her personal data at any time. In such a case, the application can no longer be considered. For this, you can contact us via email at privacy@oculavis.de. In this case, all personal data stored in the course of electronic applications will be deleted.

By purchasing tickets for the conference, you agree to the following terms:

  • Tickets are not refundable under any circumstances other than cancellation of the event. In this instance, ticket holders will be informed of any cancellation. All ticket holders must then request refunds via email: support@allaboutremote.com within 7 days of the cancellation notice

  • Tickets are not transferable. When purchasing more than one ticket, the remaining tickets must be personalized by using a registration code that will be provided after the purchase.

  • There is no obligation to refund or exchange tickets if oculavis GmbH alters or varies the programme due to events or circumstances beyond its control. All Tickets are sold subject to programme changes.

  • Ticket holders consent to the filming and sound recording as members of the audience.

  • oculavis GmbH reserves the right to cancel any tickets without providing a reason and by refunding the ticket price.

  • The online conference will be broadcast via our own streaming platform.

  • The general terms and conditions of oculavis GmbH are part of these terms of registration.
