- You will monitor and advance the application of agile processes in the environment of software development.
- You will be responsible for promoting and supporting Scrum and the agile way of working to increase efficiency, transparency, team spirit, and communication in a continuous improvement environment.
- You will promote the agile values of commitment, courage, focus, openness, and respect.
- You will shield the team from distractions and disruptions that impede the team‘s progress.
YOUR SKILLS
- You are a motivator, developing the talents of individual team members, live and fostering a culture of appreciation and open feedback.

- You are a team player and have the drive to continuously develop both yourself and your team to become a little bit better every day.
- You have a degree in computer science or a comparable subject and/or several years of professional experience in software development.
- You have fluent written and spoken English skills.
