Apprenticeship – IT specialist for system administration

YOUR IMPACT
- You will learn while working and be involved in our IT support processes from day 1.
- This makes you an integral part of the team right from the start.
- We will determine your focus together. For example, you will support, maintain, improve, and automate our cloud IT services.
- You will support the installation and maintenance of our IT devices and smart glasses, and help with the provision of the IT helpdesk.
YOUR SKILLS
- You have fluent written and spoken English & German skills.
- You are looking for a position where your ideas and initiative are welcome.
- You are committed, open-minded, and curious to acquire new knowledge.
- You have a university or technical college entrance qualification.
YOUR TECH STACK
- You will be equipped with high-performance hardware (MacBook or Windows laptop).
- You will have access to modern software tools such as MS Office and will learn to use new tools like Confluence or Microsoft Intune.
